Job Description: Execute Lifts: Secure heavy loads, machinery, and structures for crane and winch operations.Marine Rigging: Handle vessel vessel-to-shore loading, sea-fastening, and lifting affected by tides and swells.Land Rigging: Set up mobile and gantry cranes on varying terrain using outrigger pads and mats.Inspect Gear: Check slings, shackles, wire ropes, and spreader bars daily for wear and damage.Signals & Comms: Guide operators using standard hand signals and VHF radios in high-noise zones.Calculate Physics: Determine exact load weights, center of gravity, and lifting angles before rigging.
