Sales & Marketing Associate

About the Role We are looking for a driven, results-oriented sales and marketing professional to join our registered investment advisory firm. In this role, you will be responsible for growing our client base through proactive outreach and prospecting while also serving as a key point of contact for existing clients. You will manage day-to-day operations, including calendars, investment reports, and marketing campaigns. Please review before applying 3+ years of experience in the wealth and investment management field required Active securities license strongly preferred: Series 65 or Series 7 and Series 66 or obtain within 6 months. Bachelor's degree required What You'll Do Prospect and develop new client relationships through cold calling, referral outreach, networking, and targeted marketing campaigns Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce firm services and schedule consultations with firm principals Maintain and manage the CRM database to track leads, prospects, and existing client activity Compile and input client data into financial planning software to generate portfolio reviews Support firm principals and associates with meeting preparation and financial planning Contribute to marketing campaigns designed to attract, retain, and generate referrals from clients What You Bring Proven track record in a sales role within the investment advisory or wealth management industry or other related industry Strong ability to prospect, cold call, and build a pipeline of new business Deep familiarity with the investment advisory and wealth management industry Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a natural ability to build trust with clients High attention to detail and strong organizational habits Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience with CRM platforms to manage client and prospect activity A self-starter mentality with the drive to meet and exceed sales goals Health Insurance - HMO and PPO Health Savings Account (HSA) Dental and Vision Insurance - 100% company paid for employee Great Hours: Monday through Thursday 8:00 to 4:00, Friday 8:00 to 3:00 Unlimited PTO - within reason and agreed upon with principals and other key team members due to the size of our boutique firm SIMPLE IRA About Chapwood Investments Founded in 2005, Chapwood Investments has spent over 30 years helping high-net-worth individuals, athletes, and families bring clarity and perspective to their portfolios.
