Kingwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is searching for an experienced Director of Maintenance to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have long term care experience, good communication skills, and decision making capabilities. Job duties include but are not limited to: minor repairs of equipment, routine maintenance of systems and equipment, fire drills/alarms, participation in daily meetings, etc. Must have Life Safety experience in a Long Term Nursing setting.
