As a Commercial Construction Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and make a real impact in the construction industry.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project deadlines are met
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Oversee quality control and safety on job sites
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates

Required Skills:

• Experience with metal framing and acoustical ceilings
• Ability to create and review construction drawings and blueprints
• Knowledge of construction management software such as Prolog and Bluebeam
• Strong understanding of pre-construction processes and change orders
• Experience with industrial construction and tenant improvements

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $100,000.00

Maximum Salary: $150,000.00
