King Retail Solutions , a leading designer and manufacturer of retail design, decor, and cabinetry/casework/millwork is looking for an Assembler to assemble components from our build, metal, and print departments and prepare the finished product for shipping.
Position Summary:
Responsible for assembling products within specified timelines and in accordance with established standards by performing the following duties. The Assembler works Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm with occasional additional hours as needed, including Saturday. This position is located at our manufacturing facility in Eugene, Oregon.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assembles assigned product parts in accordance with production guidelines.
- Performs spot checks of products to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Notifies management of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions.
- Follows established company policies and procedures, while paying special attention to safety regulations.
- Keeps tools/materials/workspace neat and organized to ensure efficient space utilization.
Skills & Abilities:
- Be able to read/understand details.
- Adaptable and ready for pace changes.
- Self-Starting/Highly Motivated.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to multitask.
- Work well others and independently.
- Be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Great attendance is a must, so reliable transportation is necessary.
- Flexibility: Overtime and split shifts are a possibility depending on the workload.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly throughout a shift as needed.
- One or more years of work-related experience.
