This role involves working in an Adult Medical Specialty Unit within an acute care setting. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide care for patients with acute medical conditions such as cellulitis, sepsis, and respiratory failure
• Manage central lines, tracheostomies, and chest tubes
• Collaborate with a team including Free charge RN and patient care techs
• Utilize EPIC for comprehensive patient charting
• Administer Bipap or Cpap, inhalers, and perform suctioning as needed

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Active IL license or confirmation of application
• BLS certification
• Experience with central lines, tracheostomies, and chest tubes
• EPIC experience preferred, especially for those with a background in level I trauma centers
