Communications Coordinator

Responsible for managing brand communications, maintaining consistent messaging across all channels, supporting media/public relations efforts, coordinating content creation, and executing marketing communications strategies. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Manage and protect organizational branding and messaging. Coordinate with leadership and staff to identify newsworthy content. Publish content across websites, newsletters, social media, and other channels. Review external communications for branding consistency. Assist with press releases, media packets, articles, and promotional materials. Manage audience segmentation and targeted marketing campaigns. Monitor communication effectiveness and market trends. Support event planning, webinars, podcasts, and video production. Ensure EIR Accessibility requirements are incorporated into communications projects. Required Skills Marketing communications Public relations Social media marketing Marketing automation platforms Web analytics Branding and content development Microsoft Office Suite AP State knowledge Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience with external documents such as newsletters or demonstrated equivalent writing and publishing design skills; public relations, marketing, targeted marketing, especially social media, promotional marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation tools, and web analytics for any agency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
