Senior Property Accountant

Welltower, Inc. is seeking a Senior/Staff Accountant in Property Accounting to manage accounting and financial reporting for fixed assets, cash and revenue reconciliation, and property operating expenses, including related prepaid or accruals under US GAAP and SOX controls. The successful candidate will perform GL account analysis, journal entries and reconciliations, document processes, and support process improvements, while collaborating with Property Accounting and other teams to deliver #J-18808-Ljbffr
