PRN Speech Language Pathologist

The Therapy Department at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Windsor is looking for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to fill a PRN or part‑time position. You'll work in our skilled nursing facility providing exceptional, personalized care. Responsibilities The Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties. You will develop and implement effective treatment programs and establish patient understanding, expectations, and goals for treatment. The SLP will provide counsel to patients and their families, as well as create accurate documentation and reporting for all patient visits.
