Production Technician

Now Hiring: Production Technician Location: Eloy, AZ PAY: $17.50 hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-1:30 PM Overtime: Mandatory Saturdays may be required based on production demands

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble manufactured home axles according to production specifications
• Mount tires onto axles in preparation for shipment
• Operate impact guns and other hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Tighten and secure components using torque and fastening equipment
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
• Assist with material handling and movement of products throughout the production area
• Perform minimal welding as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Cross-train in other production areas as needed
• Opportunity to train as a sit-down forklift operator (forklift experience preferred)

Required Qualifications

• Experience using impact guns in a manufacturing, production, automotive, tire, assembly, or related environment
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Essential Functions

• Lift and move up to 50 lbs on a continuous basis
• Stand and walk for 8-10 hours per shift
• Perform repetitive motions throughout the workday
• Frequently bend, stoop, twist, grip, grasp, push, and pull
• Work in a fast-paced production environment

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Impact Gun Experience
