Mission Manager:

Leidos has multiple Mission Manager positions in Northern Virginia. Candidates must have or be able to attain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph examination. Willing and able to work a weekly rotating 24/7 shift schedule, to include weekends and holidays.

Mission Managers are responsible for coordinating, resourcing and overseeing the execution of persistent collection operations, working with in-house and geographically dispersed elements in support of clearly defined collection objectives.

Key skills for success include the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to make complex, multi-factor decisions under extreme stress. Successful Mission Managers think critically about the immediate and long-term implications of tactical decisions and how those decisions fit into the overall team objectives. Mission Managers must be natural multi-taskers and communicators.

Minimum Requirements/Experience: Excellent verbal and written communication. Experience in tactical ground operation, tactical air operations, complex command and control tools and systems. Working in high to extreme stress environments. 6+ years of Intelligence (includes LEO, FBI, USSS and etc...) or DoD experience required. Individuals must posses a valid drivers license with real ID.

Education: Bachelor's degree and at least 8 to 12 years of full-time professional experience. Candidates with a Master's degree are highly desirable with 6 to 10 years experience.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00
