La Villa Grande Care Center, a Stellar Living community in Grand Junction, CO, seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on care to senior residents in our skilled nursing and long-term care setting. In this resident-centered, team-oriented role, you’ll assist with daily living activities, mobility, hygiene, meals, and comfort while monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the clinical team. You’ll collaborate closely with nurses and therapists, uphold safety and infection-control standards, and help maintain a dignified, supportive environment.
