Job Overview

Client is seeking a Lead Risk Analyst to support enterprise-wide security, risk, and compliance initiatives. This role will focus on evaluating security controls, conducting risk assessments, supporting regulatory compliance efforts, and driving security projects across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with NIST, SOC 2, risk management, and security governance. Candidates must be analytical, capable of working independently, and able to communicate complex security concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Information Security, Risk Management, Compliance, IT Audit, or Cybersecurity.
• Strong experience with NIST frameworks.
• Experience supporting SOC 2 compliance and controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven project leadership experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and SOX compliance frameworks.

• Healthcare industry experience.
• Experience with enterprise security governance and risk programs.
• CISA Certification.
