Clinical Research Technician I

Altasciences seeks a Clinical Research Technician I to support clinical trial execution at their Overland Park, Kansas facility. The role involves sample handling, participant safety measurements, protocol compliance, and workstation management across various shift schedules.
Responsibilities
- Execute clinical trial activities in compliance with protocol and Good Clinical Practices
- Handle samples, conduct safety measurements, and administer questionnaires
- Maintain confidentiality of trial participants and sponsors
- Prepare and clean workstations including urine collection and blood processing stations
- Report protocol deviations and significant issues to supervisory staff
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED with related job experience
- Phlebotomy experience required
- Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
