AO is seeking a motivated Remote Client Support Representative to join our growing remote team. This position offers the flexibility to work from home while helping families understand valuable benefits and financial protection programs.
What You'll Do
- Meet with clients virtually through Zoom.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support.
- Educate clients on benefits and coverage options.
- Maintain accurate client records.
- Participate in ongoing training and development.
