As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol in New Johnsonville, TN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and report observations. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, team-focused culture. Pay Rate: $17.13 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing and industrial facilities, production areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain required logs and documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site personnel and emergency responders when required.
• Assist with maintaining orderly operations by reporting hazards, damaged equipment, unauthorized activity, and other security-related concerns to site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
