Family Nurse Practitioner

Milton, FL – Full‑time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) is needed to deliver patient‑focused urgent care in a fast‑paced environment. This role supports new graduates, offers comprehensive training, and includes a full scope of practice across all ages. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat cold, flu, strep, COVID, and other upper respiratory illnesses. Perform minor procedures such as toenail removal, foreign‑object removal, suturing, and splinting. Provide general orthopedic and dermatologic evaluations. Review x‑rays (with radiologist confirmation) and interpret EKGs. Deliver emergency care and general gynecologic care. Manage occupational medicine and telemedicine cases. Lead and mentor medical assistants. Schedule Open 7 days a week: Monday–Friday 8:00 am–8:00 pm, Saturday–Sunday 9:00 am–4:00 pm. Work a rotating shift: every other weekend on, rotating 7 days on and 7 days off. Qualifications Family Nurse Practitioner board certification (required). MSN or higher degree; new graduates welcomed. DOT certification preferred or willingness to obtain (cost covered). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office. Compensation and Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance. Malpractice insurance.
