What You Can Expect to Earn

During Licensing & Training

• $18/hour
• Overtime opportunities
• Paid licensing (if needed)

After Licensing & Appointment

• $23/hour
• Overtime opportunities
• Uncapped commissions
• Unlimited residual income

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective clients using company-provided leads
• Identify healthcare coverage needs
• Educate clients on ACA, Medicare, and ancillary products
• Guide members through enrollment
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
• Develop long-term client relationships
• Grow your residual book of business
• Meet individual sales goals and performance metrics
