Care Coordinator Full-time | On-site | Inwood, NY Pay Range: $23.00 - $27.00/hr MUST speak Haitian Creole and English fluently to be considered for this position. We are hiring a Creole Speaking Care Coordinator to join our home care team in Inwood, NY (Long Island). This is a fast-paced, communication-heavy role where you will work closely with caregivers and clients to make sure shifts are filled, schedules run smoothly, and issues get resolved quickly. Candidates with a background in customer service, call centers, or staffing are encouraged to apply. Home care experience is a plus but not required.
