Job Title Registered Nurse - Operating Room Location Burlington, MA | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM with call obligations | 72 guaranteed hours biweekly (on-call hours not included in guarantee) Key Responsibilities Provide perioperative nursing care in a high-volume operating room environment serving multiple surgical specialties Independently scrub and circulate on transplant, cardiac, and vascular cases Fulfill on-call requirements approximately 3 times per month, including overnight, evening, and weekend shifts (12-hour weekend call on Saturday or Sunday) Collaborate with interdisciplinary surgical teams to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic EMR Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 5+ years of Operating Room experience Large hospital experience required Epic EMR experience required Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible Preferred Experience / Skills Experience across a broad range of surgical services Demonstrated ability to independently manage transplant, cardiac, and vascular cases Strong adaptability to fast-paced, high-acuity surgical environments Why Join Us Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly provides income stability throughout your contract Opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-acuity OR environment with exposure to complex and diverse surgical specialties About Concentric Healthcare Staffing Founded and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Concentric Healthcare Staffing specializes in healthcare employment with an emphasis in nursing and allied health.
