Position Purpose: Provide live or virtual support for members before, during and after their participation with the cooperative.Duties include:Assist members with making payments and billing inquiriesCreate service orders to repair, connect or disconnect electric servicesListen to members' concerns, issues and questionsResolve members' concerns and questions about electric services or energy solutionsMaintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to members' concerns or complaintsOpen new member accountsEnhance member experience by promoting cooperative difference positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they ariseRecommend new products or innovative energy solutions to meet members' needsEscalate issues and questions to other departments, as necessaryOther projects and administrative tasks as requestedQualifications:Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with customers and team membersEqual Opportunity Employer, including Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities
