TikTok's local services partnerships are a critical means of accelerating the platform's service offerings to users and merchants. As an Account Manager, you are expected to provide deep product insights and ongoing consultative support to TikTok's product and local services teams. The immediate focus will be on top local services partners in dine-in to further accelerate service offerings on TikTok.Responsibilities- 0-1 business development/partnership building; identify key local services partners in the F&B industry.- Drive TikTok adoptions and provide integration marketing solutions to customers and achieve industry deep cultivations.- Conduct customer visits, negotiate cooperation and contracts with key partners.- Partner with local service merchants in delivering high-quality content through short videos, live streaming, and influencer matchmaking to improve their sales/transactions.Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.- Experienced working with Mid Market, SMB restaurants or top F&B chains.- Ability to negotiate contract terms- Strong understanding of the food/ dine-in industry and its trends.Preferred Qualifications- Preferred experience working as part of a global or international team.- Robust product acumen, with the ability to understand and contribute to product strategy.- Strong customer relationship maintenance, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities- Experience leveraging creators networks or working with the social media agenciesReq ID: A130933B
