This role works closely with executive leadership to support long-term growth and financial performance.Key Responsibilities• Oversee all accounting and finance functions• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes• Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting• Develop and maintain financial controls and processes• Manage cash flow and financial risk• Oversee audits and regulatory compliance• Build and lead the finance and accounting team• Evaluate financial performance and recommend improvementsRequirements• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance• CPA or MBA preferred• 10+ years of progressive finance experience• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills• Experience working with executive teams• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance
