Job Responsibilities Put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive and friendly service in a welcoming environment. Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand client needs, build trust, ask questions, and anticipate their requirements. Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet their banking needs anytime, anywhere. Meet with branch‑assigned clients in person and over the phone to build lasting relationships and tailor product and service recommendations. Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them to experts for specialized financial needs. Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or other equipment, while adhering to all bank policies and procedures. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results. Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience. Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor product features and benefits to clients with differing needs. Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail, providing a consistent client experience. Operate within established risk parameters and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training. High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent. Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills College degree or military equivalent. Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Federal Deposit Insurance Act This position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
