Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Pediatric Occupational Therapist Positions are Being Added to

Our Team

Join a dynamic multidisciplinary team of clinicians who work together to provide therapy

services to the pediatric and young adult populations. Foundation Therapy Services is a pediatric

speech-language and occupational therapy clinic located in beautiful Bozeman, Montana. In

2022, we were awarded the “Woman-Owned Business of the Year” for the State of Montana by

the Small Business Administration and have had continued success with our growing team.

We built a new clinic in Bozeman that opened in Spring 2025, creating a beautiful, state-of-the-

art space to provide therapy services within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive, and engaging Occupational Therapist to share

their talents with our therapy practice. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently

as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, maintain a positive work environment,

communicate effectively with families and community stakeholders, and enjoy evaluating and

providing therapy to pediatric and young adult clients.

Our Occupational Therapists have the opportunity to develop and grow specialty areas while

working alongside experienced Speech-Language Pathologists in a collaborative pediatric

setting. Depending on your interests and experience, opportunities may include:

• Sensory processing and sensory integration approaches

• Executive functioning and school success skills

• Fine motor development and handwriting interventions

About the Position

The Occupational Therapist will evaluate, develop treatment plans, provide direct therapy

services, educate caregivers, collaborate with other professionals, and contribute to a positive

team culture. Our therapists are supported by a dedicated administrative team, allowing

clinicians to focus on providing excellent patient care.

Candidates must possess a degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program

and hold or be eligible for licensure in the State of Montana. New graduates are encouraged to

apply and will receive mentorship and support as they transition into clinical practice.

Qualifications:

• Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program

• Current NBCOT certification or eligibility for certification

• Holds or is eligible for licensure to practice Occupational Therapy in the State of Montana

• Pediatric experience preferred but not required

• New graduates are encouraged to apply

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Passion for working with children and families
