SugaringLA was founded to provide clients with an elevated, more effective treatment for hair removal and is now set to upend the beauty industry. In addition to sugaring, we now offer facials and advanced skin care, including intimate skin conditioningspecialized treatments designed to maintain and nourish delicate areas of the body.

We value care and are seeking a licensed esthetician who can contribute to and promote this value every day in our studio.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a licensed esthetician who has beauty industry experience and enjoys working with people.
You are able to work independently and understand the importance of skin care education and client experience, across both hair removal and elevated skin treatments.

Required Skills of a Sugarist:

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license
• 1+ years as a Licensed Esthetician
• Customer service focused, cares for clients
• Educate clients on Earthly Care memberships, pre/post skin care routines utilizing Earthly Care products, and other sugaringLA services, including facials and elevated skin care treatments for intimate areas.
• Reliable transportation & strong work ethic
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
• Can follow detailed instructions and take feedback to foster growth and potential

Responsibilities:

• Master sugaringLAs Smart Sugaring Technique
• Learn and become proficient in our scheduling software and studio procedures
• Educate clients on Earthly Care memberships, pre/post skin care routines utilizing Earthly Care products, and the complete sugaringLA service menu, including facials and intimate skin conditioning.
• Help maintain a clean and inviting studio treatment room and environment
• Create new clientele through sugaringLAs referral programs
