Position Overview

Accuris is looking for a curious, motivated HR Intern to join our People team this summer. Starting June 1st for 9-10 weeks , you'll get hands-on exposure across HR Operations, Recruiting, and Employer Branding - including how we're leveraging AI tools like Claude to modernize and scale our people processes. This is a great opportunity to build practical HR skills in a fast-moving tech company.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, HRIS data entry, and record-keeping.
• Assist the recruiting team with job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Help explore and implement AI-powered workflows (using tools like Claude) to improve HR efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Contribute to employer branding efforts including content ideas, career page updates, and social media support.
• Assist with employee experience initiatives and internal communications.
• Help maintain compliance documentation and HR process guides.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
• Interest in how AI and technology can improve HR processes is a big plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Location: I-25 and 225 - Hybrid (3x per week in Denver office)
