Position Summary
We're hiring versatile, hospitality-driven team members to join our front-of-house support team as we open Deepwell — the newest full-service restaurant from the Kindred Hospitality group. This role rotates across several key positions — food runner, bar liaison, polisher, busser, and host — and is suited to team members who take pride in keeping service moving smoothly and guests well cared for.

About Us
Deepwell is an upscale casual restaurant and part of a growing local restaurant group, with several other restaurants in the area owned by Joe & Katy Kindred. Our culinary team has earned numerous James Beard Foundation nominations along with other national and local accolades. We're known for seasonally-driven menus, craft beer and cocktail programs, and stellar wine lists — and we're looking for team members who bring the same level of care to the guest experience that our kitchen brings to the plate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from the kitchen to the table promptly, accurately, and with proper presentation
• Support bar service by running drinks, restocking supplies, and assisting bartenders as a bar liaison
• Polish glassware, flatware, and service items to maintain presentation standards
• Clear, reset, and maintain tables promptly between guests
• Greet, seat, and manage the flow of guests as a host when needed
• Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure well-paced service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations
• Anticipate guest needs and work collaboratively as part of the the team during high-volume, fast-paced shifts

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience preferred, not required
• Willingness to learn and rotate across multiple front-of-house support roles
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods
• Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
