Market Mobility Tech Trainer

Job Type: Full Time Job Shift: Days Holiday Rotation: Department: Nursing Admin The Market Mobility Tech Trainer is responsible for developing, delivering, and sustaining high-quality training and education for Mobility Technicians and frontline clinical staff who support patient mobility throughout hospital in the geographic market. This role strengthens the hospital’s early mobility and safe patient-handling programs by ensuring staff are fully competent in patient transfers, repositioning, ambulation, lift equipment use, and therapeutic mobility techniques. Serving as a clinical educator, coach, and subject-matter expert, the Mobility Tech Trainer partners closely with the mobility techs, rehabilitation services, nursing, leadership teams, and other ancillary departments to reinforce best practices, improve staff proficiency, and promote safe and effective patient movement. This position plays a direct role in reducing patient complications, preventing staff injury, and improving mobility outcomes across the organization.
