Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled, strategic, and results-driven Senior Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts and serve as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple functions and levels while influencing hiring strategies, driving workforce planning initiatives, and enhancing the overall talent acquisition process. The Senior Corporate Recruiter will leverage market intelligence, innovative sourcing strategies, and strong stakeholder partnerships to build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines that support organizational growth. Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions across multiple functions, including complex, niche, and Serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, providing guidance on talent market trends, recruiting strategies, and workforce planning. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies aligned with current and future business talent needs utilizing both traditional and emerging recruiting channels. Partner closely with Human Resources Business Partners, Senior Leadership, and business stakeholders to anticipate talent needs and develop proactive recruiting solutions. Facilitate a comprehensive, compliant, and consistent selection process while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Drive continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes, tools, and best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Influence and promote consistent hiring and onboarding practices across the organization. Utilize recruiting metrics, analytics, and market data to assess recruiting effectiveness and provide insights to leadership. Mentor and support recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams on recruiting best practices and interviewing techniques. Establish and maintain best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experiences throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Participate in strategic talent acquisition projects and initiatives as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned. Travel as needed. Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree is required. Basic Requirements Minimum of 7+ years of full-cycle corporate and/or agency recruiting experience, including experience recruiting for complex and specialized positions. Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions across multiple business functions. Strong expertise in recruitment marketing, talent sourcing, social recruiting, and candidate engagement strategies. Proven ability to source, assess, and manage high volumes of candidates while maintaining quality and Experience developing long-term talent pipelines and workforce planning strategies. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Workday. Strong consultative, relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills. Strong understanding of employment law, compliance requirements, and recruiting best practices. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, competing deadlines, and shifting business needs in a fastpaced environment. High level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment. Preferred Requirements Recruiting experience within wealth management, financial services, advisory organizations, or related Experience recruiting financial professionals, licensed advisors, technology professionals, and business leadership roles. Demonstrated success leading or supporting diversity recruiting initiatives and inclusive hiring strategies. Experience supporting high-volume recruiting across multiple business functions, including IT, AI, Technology, Operations, and Corporate Functions. Advanced proficiency in Excel, workforce analytics, dashboard creation, data visualization, and executive-level reporting. Experience utilizing labor market intelligence and talent analytics to influence hiring strategies. Experience within contingent workforce environments, MSP partnerships, vendor management, and coemployment risk mitigation. Advanced Workday recruiting experience, including reporting and recruiting workflow optimization.
