IT & Operations Specialist [Remote]

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an IT & Operations Specialist based in the United States.

This is an opportunity for an early-career technology and operations professional to become a key contributor to the systems that keep a fast-moving consulting organization running smoothly.
You’ll take ownership of Salesforce administration while supporting a broader portfolio of business and IT platforms.
The role combines hands-on systems work, data stewardship, business operations, and leadership reporting.
You’ll collaborate directly with Business Development, Talent, and senior leadership, giving you unusually broad organizational exposure.
You’ll also contribute to AI-enabled workflows and help improve the processes behind day-to-day decision-making.

Accountabilities:

• Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms, managing configuration, user support, workflow automation, and ongoing optimization.
• Support administration and day-to-day operations across core technology systems, including Google Workspace, AI platforms, and other essential business applications.
• Maintain Salesforce data quality, integrity, governance, and accuracy so that the CRM remains a trusted source of business information.
• Partner with Business Development on sales operations, alliance management, marketing activities, and other initiatives supporting business growth.
• Support contract management workflows from initiation through completion, helping maintain organized, compliant, and efficient processes.
• Collaborate with the Talent team on recruitment coordination, talent development initiatives, and other people-related operational processes.
• Build recurring leadership reports and KPI dashboards, transforming operational data into clear insights that support business decisions.
• Take ownership of projects from initiation through completion, adapting priorities and solutions as business needs evolve.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, strengthen systems, and improve operational efficiency across the organization.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, translating technical and operational information into practical recommendations.

Requirements:

• Hands-on, demonstrable Salesforce administration experience is required , including experience with configuration, data management, workflows, user support, and platform optimization.
• Technical foundation through education or experience in technology, mathematics, science, engineering, information systems, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to working through ambiguity and complex operational challenges.
• Clear and precise written, verbal, and listening communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to independently manage projects and deliver outcomes with reasonable guidance, while recognizing when additional input or escalation is appropriate.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup, consulting, or professional services environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with media, advertising, or advertising-sales ecosystems is a strong advantage.
• Experience working with AI platforms such as Claude, Gemini, or comparable generative AI tools is preferred.
• Strong sense of ownership, transparency, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business development, talent, operations, technology, and senior leadership teams.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, organization, and follow-through.
