Mental Health Crisis Worker

Lutheran Social Services seeks a Mental Health Crisis Worker to provide rapid assessment, de-escalation, and safety planning for individuals experiencing mental health crises in the community. In this field-based role, you will conduct risk assessments, coordinate with hospitals and law enforcement, deliver brief counseling and stabilization, and link clients to ongoing behavioral health and social services. As part of a mission-driven, faith-based team, you’ll support vulnerable individuals and families while growing professionally in a supportive, values-centered environment.
