Pharmacist - Oncology/Infusion

Description This position is a member of a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for assuring safe, efficient, cost-effective drug therapy for all patients. The pharmacist is responsible for providing clinical drug information to meet the needs of the customers, including physicians, nurses, patients and other healthcare professionals. Required Qualifications: A graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License Preferred Qualifications: Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) --or-- PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency --or-- 2 years of Pharmacist experience in an Outpatient Oncology Infusion Center Why Join Providence Swedish? The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
