Marietta Heights Post Acute is looking for a motivated Dietary Manager to lead our dietary department and help create great dining experiences for our residents! What you'll do Oversee daily operations of the dietary department Supervise, train, and schedule dietary staff Ensure meals are prepared and served according to resident dietary needs Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Manage inventory, ordering, and food costs Work closely with nursing and other departments to meet resident needs Address resident concerns and promote excellent customer service Maintain accurate dietary records and documentation Ensure department policies and regulatory requirements are followed What we're looking for Dietary management or healthcare food service experience Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork Commitment to food safety, quality, and resident satisfaction ServSafe Level 2 Food Manager Certification required What we offer Competitive pay Benefits package Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Opportunities for professional growth Supportive team environment Meaningful work serving our residents every day Fall into a rewarding career!
