About the Role
The Company is seeking a Co-Founder/CTO/Head of Product to lead the development and implementation of a transformative machine learning predictive platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in platform product development and engineering, with a focus on pricing and bundling solutions. Responsibilities include creating a powerful back end and intuitive front end, managing the development team, and overseeing the entire product lifecycle from concept to commercialization. The role demands a strategic vision to align technology with business goals, proficiency in coding, and the ability to lead technology teams. The successful candidate will be a true partner to the Founder, with a winning spirit, a collaborative mindset, and the resilience to handle setbacks. Candidates for this role must have recent and significant experience in leading a development team to build and deliver SaaS solutions, as well as a proven track record of deploying machine learning to identify business patterns and opportunities. Startup experience is essential, and a background in consulting, finance, or MedTech is preferred. The Co-Founder/CTO/Head of Product will be expected to be adaptable, always learning, and focused on continuous improvement.
