Collections Counselor

Key responsibilities Managing both inbound and outbound customer calls in a call center environment Working within an auto-dialer system Handling early-stage collections (1–30 days past due) Averaging 80–120+ calls per day Providing financial guidance and solutions to customers Supporting consumer loan and credit card accounts Schedule Training Monday–Friday

8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (MT)

First week onsite Post-Training Monday – Saturday (5-day workweek) Shifts:

9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (MT)

10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (MT) (varies seasonally) Work Environment Hybrid model after training Onsite requirement limited to ~1 week per quarter Majority of work performed remotely from home Structured, team-oriented call center environment with support and coaching Ideal Candidate Customer-focused and comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day Motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented Interested in building a career in financial services or customer operations Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.85 - $20.85/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
