Personal Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Caregiver , you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life of our clients by providing compassionate, professional in-home care.
Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Helping with meal planning and meal preparation
• Performing light housekeeping and household organization
• Offering medication reminders
• Supporting safe mobility and daily activities
• Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes as needed
• Delivering exceptional customer service to clients and their families

Qualifications

• HCA (Home Care Aide) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification preferred but not required
• Willingness to complete paid training programs
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Ability to pass a written competency evaluation
• Ability to pass a drug screening and nationwide background check
• Reliable, honest, compassionate, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine passion for serving others as a professional Caregiver
