Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing payments Prepare and package food and drink products Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining room, restroom, and exterior Ensure health and safety standards are met in work areas Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items Check food quality and temperature throughout the day to ensure freshness and safety Unload and stock inventory items as needed Act with integrity and honesty, and promote the culture of Popeyes Qualifications and Skills Must be at least 18 years of age Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and coworkers Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical Demands Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and up to 15 pounds of force frequently Ability to carry products/boxes and miscellaneous items weighing no more than 60 pounds Consistently operate registers and handle product preparation Consistently kneel and follow proper lifting procedures Frequently stoop and pick up supplies and trash Consistently push to open and close doors to store and storage areas Consistently stand during serving customers and training Consistently communicate with team members and guests Consistently lift for product preparation, stocking, and inventory Why Join Us?
