• Sheet Metal Mechanics
• HVAC Installers
• HVAC Service Technicians

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in commercial or residential HVAC systems (varies by position)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints (Sheet Metal Mechanics)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills (Service Technicians)
• Knowledge of installation practices, ductwork, and system components
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
• EPA certification (preferred for technicians)

Responsibilities

• Perform sheet metal work and ductwork fabrication
• Install HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues effectively
• Read and interpret blueprints for accurate project execution
• Conduct diagnostic testing and equipment maintenance
• Deliver excellent customer service during project execution
• Collaborate with team members on projects of varying sizes
• Manage projects independently or as part of small to large teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with HVAC systems
• Technical certificate or diploma in HVAC or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• EPA certification
• Experience in HVAC system installation and sheet metal fabrication
• Proficient in blueprint interpretation, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills
• Strong knowledge of ductwork and system components
• Customer service aptitude and teamwork skills
