Location South Jordan, UT: S Jordan Pkwy / Bangerter Hwy Job Overview Sales & Recruitment – Fitness Counselor Responsibilities Membership sales and promotion of club and individual programs. Manage membership billing processes and sales pipeline. Provide outstanding customer service. Serve as an information hub on products, programs, and events. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills. Team player willing to take on varied tasks. Strong math, analytical, and sales skills. Ability to work independently and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Attention to detail with accurate work. Available weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Comfortable with technology, quick on phone, adaptable. Requirements Successfully pass a background check. Authorized to work in the U.S. CPR certification within 30 days of hire. Ability to lift, carry heavy objects. Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. Compensation $13.00 per hour with variable commission opportunities.
