Join a global financial institution as a Customer Service Representative, on-site basis to provide world-class customer service. Position Type:
- Contract
- On-Site
- Experience in financial services.
- College degree or previous contact center experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or call center.
- Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Aptitude to multi-task and adjust quickly to change.
- Highly professional, career-driven, and committed to World-Class Service.
- Strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Experience handling high-volume inbound calls while meeting performance metrics and service levels.
- Financial services or banking experience.
- Experience handling inbound calls and account-related inquiries.
- Experience with Cash Management, online banking, and mobile banking support.
- Demonstrated employment stability and a record of successfully completing prior assignments.
- Handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on accounts.
- Respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Consistently meet key department performance metrics.
- Provide functional support for Cash Management products and services, Online and Mobile app, and general account or financial-related inquiries.
