Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population in PCU/IMC units.
• Administer and titrate cardiac drips, insulin, and ativan with precision.
• Effectively float across multiple facilities and departments as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adapt to varying schedules and facility needs including weekends and holidays.
• Participate in continuous professional development and skill enhancement.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Colorado.
• Minimum of 2 years of PCU/IMC nursing experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system preferred.
• Comfortable with titrating and managing various drips including cardiac and insulin.
• Flexibility to work in multiple locations and departments as required.
