Sr. Clinical Research Associate/Clinical trial Manager

BridgeBio Pharma seeks a senior clinical research associate to manage clinical trial operations across assigned regions and sites. The role involves overseeing study conduct, vendor management, site performance, and regulatory compliance for drug development programs in rare genetic diseases.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical study execution across planning, start-up, maintenance, and closeout phases
• Lead site initiation activities and monitor regional site performance metrics
• Manage vendor relationships with CROs, imaging, labs, and other clinical vendors
• Review monitoring reports and coordinate communications with site staff
• Identify risks, escalate issues, and drive closure of action items

Requirements

• Experience managing clinical trials from initiation through closeout
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical research regulations
• Demonstrated site management and vendor oversight experience
• Ability to identify risks, drive escalations, and manage performance metrics
• Cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Remote work capability within USA
