Branch Banker

Position Overview Branch Banker within PNC's Eagle Branch, based in Eagle, CO. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Responsible for acquiring and deepening the branch customers through proactive sales and service activities. Acts as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through PNC products and solutions to enhance their financial well‑being. Responsibilities Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service initiatives. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial well‑being. Collaborate with ecosystem partners and community centers of influence to grow customer share of wallet. Drive proactive sales conversations with outbound calls, service‑to‑sale, teller interaction, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions. Leverage ecosystem partnerships and technology to educate customers and position PNC products. Identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively using product and procedural knowledge. Manage risk in compliance with policies, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Participate in daily branch operations, ensuring efficient and accurate completion of tasks. Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. Pay & Benefits Base Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00 (may vary by location, skill set, and experience). The role is incentive eligible.
