About the Position

Your credential should be the beginning of your career, not the ceiling.

You worked hard for your education. You earned your credentials. You developed clinical skills that matter. We want you to use them. Noah’s is ready to help you transform your education into opportunities to grow, thrive, and make a difference in the lives of pets and their families.

At Noah’s Animal Hospitals, we believe that great veterinary professionals are developed, not simply hired! We want you to come here to practice and you will want to stay here to grow.

We are looking for Registered Veterinary Technicians who want more than a job. We are looking for veterinary nurses who want to think critically, advocate for their patients, expand their clinical skills, and continue becoming the professional they know they can be. As a credential technician, you will work alongside veterinarians and other professional support teams in an environment that encourages contribution of knowledge, strengthens clinical judgment, and drives you to practice at the highest level your training and competency allow. While experience is always helpful, we are committed to developing you…that means training doesn’t end after your onboarding…we are dedicated to providing structured training and professional development.

A Development Program built BY veterinary technicians FOR veterinary technicians.

At Noah’s Animal Hospitals, professional development isn’t something we talk about during an annual review. It is built into how we develop our veterinary nursing team. This means you will have a pathway from foundational nursing competencies through advanced veterinary nursing practice.

Whether your professional passion is surgery and anesthesia, emergency and critical care, or education of the pet loving clients, our development program will enhance your knowledge and improve your capabilities to make sure your patient are receiving the highest quality of care. As an RVT, your responsibilities may include veterinary nursing and hospitalized-patient care; anesthesia and analgesia; perioperative nursing; medication and fluid administration; venous access and specimen collection; laboratory diagnostics; diagnostic imaging; dentistry; emergency and critical care; transfusion medicine; client education; medical documentation; and other advanced nursing responsibilities appropriate to your training, competency, and assigned practice.

Most importantly, you will be expected to observe, think, communicate, advocate, and participate. You already know that every day in veterinary medicine is different and many days will be difficult. But your credentials and knowledge matter, your growth matters, and your voice matters. Let us help you build upon your foundation you’ve created!

Ready to take the credential you earned and build a veterinary career that makes a difference? Apply today and start growing with Noah’s Animal Hospitals!
