Schedule/Hours:

• Variable days and afternoon shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescription medications and counsel patients on proper use
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient medication needs and safety
• Utilize pharmacy information technology systems such as Cerner and Pyxis effectively
• Maintain compliance with state pharmacy laws and hospital policies

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid Oregon Pharmacist License required
• Prior experience in hospital pharmacy preferred
• Familiarity with Cerner and Pyxis systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and integrity in medication management
