Office Administrative Assistant

Office Administrative Assistant Location: Madison Heights, VA (On-site) Type: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM) Pay: $13-$15/hour Quality Archery Designs (QAD) has been manufacturing innovative and high-quality archery accessories in Madison Heights, VA since 1992. We're looking for an enthusiastic, organized Office Administrative Assistant to join the QAD family! You will be the first point of contact for our visitors at QAD. Our Office Assistant's duties include offering administrative support across the organization, welcoming guests who visit our office, distributing correspondence, and directing phone calls. Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure lobby and break areas are clean and presentable, restocking materials as needed
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
• Update calendars as needed
• Perform other administrative duties such as filing, copying, etc. Qualifications
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Benefits
