Field Marketing Intern

Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation tools to improve marketing workflows, sales support activities, and team productivity Build, maintain, and enhance AI-powered prompts, templates, assistants, and playbooks supporting regional field marketing initiatives Create repeatable processes and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce administrative effort Maintain the AMER Marketing Master Calendar for campaigns, webinars, tradeshows, roadshows, and events Support event planning by coordinating event briefs, timelines, attendee tracking, and post-event follow-up Maintain accurate event-related data, registrations, lead management, and routing activities Organize and manage a centralized library of marketing assets, templates, best practices, and playbooks Develop target account lists and invitation lists for strategic marketing programs, executive events, webinars, and campaigns Assist with campaign reporting, event performance analysis, pipeline influence tracking, and marketing ROI measurements Gather, validate, and organize data from multiple sources for business reviews and leadership reporting Create repeatable reporting frameworks and templates to improve visibility into marketing performance and business impact Collaborate with sales, field marketing, and cross-functional teams on regional growth and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements Currently pursuing a bachelor's in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field Strong organizational, planning, and project coordination skills Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and other business productivity tools Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Interest in learning and applying emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future Preferred: currently pursuing a master's degree in a related field Preferred: experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, or similar productivity technologies Preferred: familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms Preferred: experience conducting market research, data analysis, or business intelligence activities Preferred: experience creating reports, dashboards, or visualizations using tools such as Power BI Preferred: exposure to event planning, campaign execution, sales enablement, or marketing operations activities Preferred: demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions Core Competencies Demonstrates strong organizational and project coordination skills while leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance marketing workflows and team productivity.
