Overview

The Full Desk Recruiter position involves a balance of sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing client accounts, collaborating with business development, and ensure open positions are filled efficiently. You’ll thrive in a structured, goal-oriented environment where performance and relationships matter.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct high-volume outreach to source and screen candidates
• Manage candidate pipelines with timely, proactive follow-up while delivering exceptional service
• Identify and effectively market to potential new accounts/business
• Manage client accounts and procuring job orders
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience and manage temporary employees while on assignment
• Track activity and performance using CRM and ATS systems

Qualifications

• Previous experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced role
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
• Goal-driven with a proven ability to meet performance metrics
• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and thrive in a team-oriented environment
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM, Microsoft Office Tools, and AI Tools
