Rapidly growing HVAC company seeking a well-organized, self-motivated administrative assistant. The right candidate must keep up with deadlines and prioritize work as needed. You must have strong organizational & communication skills and understand the importance of being a team player. This is a great opportunity to get real-world experience.
Responsibilities:- Answering the phones and routing calls
- Filing, scanning, mailing
- Data entry
- General secretarial duties
Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Previous administrative experience [required]
Expected hours: 40 per week
